In the organization of Petroprocess, thanks to the outstanding cooperation and synergy with SICK GmbH, a team of engineers from the Oil Rafinery Pancevo and Petroprocess visited and toured the SICK GmbH Company facilities in Germany, during which FAT (factory acceptance testing) of The CEMS analyzers was performed and demonstrated.
The purpose of a FAT is to verify that equipment/software for a new project is working properly prior to installation.
While FATs are not required, Petroprocess finds it certainly being a very important step in ensuring a successful project.
The Oil Rafinery Pancevo is installing and commissioning CEMS at the end of December 2024.
